liquid motion is operated by Darren Ashley who has been on British coaching programmes.
Darren has also over the past few years had numerous British Age Group Swimming Titles including:

• 2004 Boys 11 years 100m Breastroke British Champion

• 2005 Boys 12 years 100m Backstroke British Champion
• 2005 Boys 12 years 200m Breastroke British Champion

• 2006 Boys 13 years bronze medalist 100m Backstroke British Championships
• 2006 Boys 13 years Bagcat category winner British Championships
• 2006 Boys 13 years 100m & 200m Breastroke British Champion

• 2007 Boys 14 years 100m Backstroke British Champion
• 2007 Boys 14 years 200m Breastroke British Champion
• 2007 British Record holder in the 13 year Age 100m Backstroke & 50m Backstroke
• 2007 Boys 12 years 100m Frontcrawl silver medalist British Championships

Darren is also currently chief coach of the Warriors of Warrington Swimming Club
and swimming development officer for Warrington Borough Council.
